Flat overview

It's a cosy and renovated flat of 27 m² designed for 4 people. In July 2009, the front of the apartment has recently been soundproofed (acoustic windows SGG CLIMAPLUS ULT 44.2 Silence by St Gobain).The whole building has also been treated with appropriate techniques and materials to ensure the silence in apartment. The flat is situated on the second floor, with lift, in the Sefcotel building. It is oriented full south, without buildings facing it and with a direct view over the Grande Motte glacier's tongue, which culminates at 3650 m.

The building is located in Tignes - Val Claret town center and is protected by an electronic badge.

• 2 single superposed beds closable against the wall. The 2 mattresses have been changed in 2008. Each bed has a 12cm height's mattress constituated with 7 cm of bultex foam (35Kg/m²) + 5 cm of memory foam (brand Body Impression).
• A double convertible sofa bed ( 140 X 200 cm = 55'' x 79'' ) with orthopedic wood bedsprings and a 16 cm height's latex mattress,
• A furniture for table-service,
• An office table with furnitures,
• A little desk,
• 1 table and 4 chairs,
• A color TV with remote control,
• A big closet with mirror doors,
• Shelves and decoration on the walls including a savoie plactic relief map,
• Moquette and a carpet on the floor.

A WiFi connection is free on request.

Pets are accepted but the sofa must be protected.

There is a balcony, protected from wind (thanks to the full-south orientation), where you can put your skis on.
